Memetic Chaining and the new censorship regime

After the CIA\FBI got caught illegally surveilling Americans, the Church Committee began an extensive investigation into its other intelligence activities, including alarming reports that U.S. intelligence was working with the news media and Hollywood to psychologically sway and control the population, aka Operation Mockingbird.

The investigation however intentionally obscured the CIA's ties to the media and Hollywood, and focused more on the assassination and illegal surveillance. When the dust settled, the government was restricted in who it could deploy psyop techniques on, but allowed those same techniques to be legally used on American's by private entities. Organizations like Allen & Co were created to help organize deals with the major media players (later social media) to consolidate and organize the psyop. After a short time (a couple decades) they decided American's had forgotten about it, so several former CIA employee's began to work directly for Allen & Co, including former CIA Director George Tenet.

They also allowed new money Billionaires like Bill Gates, Eric Schmidt and Steve Jobs to become rich because they willingly baked so many backdoors, weaknesses and vulnerabilities into there Operating Systems that U.S. intelligence could essentially spy on anyone with an internet connected device. It's also the reason cellphones and laptops increasingly have sealed batteries and you can't physically turn off the wifi/bluetooth/gps/camera/microphone.

However, before George Tenet left as CIA Director, he and George H.W. Bush created the President's Surveillance Program which attempted to retroactively 'legalize' the illegal mass surveillance he created after 911. Snowden later uncovered and leaked several aspects of this program, after William Binney attempted to do so via internal channels and was arrested and repeatedly hazed and harassed by the Federal government. Since then Obama and later Trump have only accelerated this attack on whistleblowers.

But why would our government allow such a blatant abuse of the 4th Amendment? The answer: The mass-surveillance program works hand in hand with the ongoing Operation Mockingbird psyop.

As the media and Hollywood pump out a psyop message, they need real time feedback on how well its working, who it's working on, or if even if its having undesired effects. This is where the metadata and other 'incidentally collected information' comes into play. Initially they used the surveillance data to see how effective there psyop messages were being absorbed by specific judas goats without directly asking the social media companies for it, which would be illegal.

However after the Snowden leaks, they had to accelerate there social media consolidation because the people were slowly absorbing the strategy of NSA, which is to own it all: The wires, the chips, the cloud data centers, the compilers, the (weakened) encryption standards, the backdoors...all of it. If the people realized that it had to do with the ongoing Operation Mockingbird, they might abandon the social media platforms before they were operationalized. So they pivoted and started promoting specific social media judas goats to discredit mainstream media sources, hoping to drive people directly to the social media platforms. It worked very well, and Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Reddit became the largest social media companies on the planet.

However, this also posed a problem for U.S. Intelligence, as these same social media platforms couldn't easily distinguish between U.S. and non-U.S. persons. If Facebook was pushing psyop information to U.S. people, even accidentally, it would be considered illegal and could jeoporadize the whole operation, so Obama refused to renew the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, which removed the restrictions of the Smith-Mundt Act that now allow for psyop materials produced by U.S. Intelligence to be available within the United States, effectively allowing them to also conduct psyop's on Americans...

Enter Cambridge Analytica, the subsidiary of British GCHQ/CIA psyop contractor SCL Communications who used the same advanced psyop techniques to get Trump elected. The Democrats could have addressed this recurring problem and made it illegal, but chose to ignore it like the Church Committee did because they didn't want to abandon there only way to covertly and deceptively influence the public. You see, the politicians (dem and reps) don't work for the people, they work for the old money Royalty and the new money Billionaires that were allowed in the club, the same people that Operation Mockingbird was created to protect.

Wikileaks specifically was going out of there way to expose who the Billionaires use to puppet master the whole operation. Shortly afterwards, the U.S. made an offer that Ecuador couldn't refuse, forcing them to sell out Assange. Assange has been subjected to isolated confinement since.

So to sum up: The U.S government is using weapons grade psychological warfare on their own population to keep the rich rich, and the rest of us subjugated. As we the people started to understand the larger picture, the billionaires unleashed all the usual distractions to divide and dissuade us: racism, gender issues, red scare, etc. However, none of them were working, so they threw down the 'Trump' card and unleashed the ultimate fear bomb: the Plandemic.

The Plandemic worked as it effectively divided the country into mask shamers and maskers deniers, which created the distraction needed to allow the Billionaires to further their goals by unleashing contact tracing, a related technology to contact chaining that allows our government to see who you were in contact with, another clear violation of the 4th Amendment, and used to further identify judas goats. The plandemic also gave social media a 'reason' to censor the same judas goats that they used to discredit their own mainstream media when they were making the big push to social media, attempting to close another loop.

But back to contact chaining. Contact chaining was developed by the NSA to create an index of the social network that is humanity. It allows them to see who you used to be in contact with, who you regularly are in contact with, and can be used to predict who you may make contact with in the future. It was developed, supposedly, to track terrorists, but in reality it is just another precursor technology to something much more devious: memetics chaining.

Memetics is the study of how information flows. Where it initially is thought up, how it is learned by others, how they adapt ideas to fit their own framework, and how they pass that now altered information on. When combined with contact chaining and the NSA's illegal surveillance feeds, they can discover who knows what, who they learned it from, how they 'owned the information and made it there own', how they passed on the new information and to who. Basically they can map how ideas spread.

Mapping how ideas spread allows them to perform many man-in-the-middle types of information warfare attacks, essentially interfering with how we acquire and transmit new ideas, allowing them to control the direction the ideas mature and spread. It could be very powerful in the right hands, say to guide scientific discoveries or to guide the evolution of society. Several countries, companies and organizations have been pursing it for years, inspired by writers like Isaac Asimov's Foundation series and his psychohistorians.

Of course it could also be used by old money and new money billionaires to keep themselves rich...

One last thought: Trump's push to remove Section 230 in the Communications Decency Act may have more to do with memetic chaining than he's letting on. By removing the liability shield social media companies use to shield from lawsuits related to content by third-party users, he will effectively open them up so that they can be sued for any reason any user can think up. This allows them to reign in any social media CEO's who might think they can scoop the whole psyop system, by inventing a reason to sue them on the spot.
